The cake is called pound cake because it has a pound of sugar and a pound of flour!
The chocolate chip cookies, like anything in life that has chocolate in it, were very good, maybe a little crunchier than I like, I prefer them softer.

Jalapeño Biscuit and Peanut Butter Cookies, yum
I love this class!
Today we prepared jalapeño biscuits with cheddar cheese and cookies. The idea is that with each preparation we learn a different technique. In today’s practice I made the cookies and Victor made the biscuits.
They came out tasty but we learned that since the whole classroom uses the same oven, its opening and closing drastically affects the product :(
